Yes, but we cannot guarantee your room will be ready, you can register at reception and we can store your luggage and have it dropped up to your room when it is ready and will contact you at this time.

No, we do not have a gym or leisure centre at the hotel. But we are right across the road from the beach and eco boardwalk.

Yes, we have a carpark for guests to the rear of the hotel and parking is complimentary subject to availability. There is also off-street parking available surround the hotel.

No, where is the closest charging point?

If you would like any laundry done while with us, there are laundry bags in your room which would need to be left outside your room prior to 7.00am. We then send it offsite to a company who return it the same day, evening time. Please note that there is no Sunday or Bank Holiday service.

We only accept Guide Dogs.

To ensure every couple’s experience is special, we have a strict one wedding per day policy and do not accommodate preparations for weddings held elsewhere.
