The Walter Raleigh Hotel is proud to host a truly special musical event, as renowned conductor, composer and pianist Frank McNamara brings two unforgettable musical worlds to life in a spectacular candlelight setting.

Audiences will be transported through the golden age of pop with ABBA’s greatest hits – from Dancing Queen and Mamma Mia to Waterloo and The Winner Takes It All – reimagined in a magical new way. Alongside these iconic classics, Frank will also perform the spellbinding music of Ludovico Einaudi, whose minimalist piano masterpieces such as Nuvole Bianche and Una Mattina have touched hearts across the globe.

Each piece takes on a new dimension in this intimate candlelit concert, where atmosphere and music combine to create an evening to remember.

This one-day-only event takes place on Friday, 20th September 2025 and features two performances:

Matinee performance – perfect for an afternoon of nostalgia and music

Einaudi by Candlelight – 6.30 to 7.30 pm (doors open 5.45 pm)

Evening performance – an atmospheric night of candlelit celebration

ABBA by Candlelight – 9.00 to 10.15 pm (doors open 8.15 pm)
